During the development cycle of a foundry product, it is often necessary to start with an initial shape validation prototype, then to develop prototypes which are increasingly representative of the part to be manufactured in series.
With the support of identified partners and of our test station, CTIF can produce first parts from the right material or functional prototypes, using high-speed prototyping methods and/or conventional foundry techniques (sand and lost wax).
The manufacture of permanent tooling for gravity casting using a pre-production or small batch production approach, may also be envisaged.
